With over 10yrs experience as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Erron has worked with many clients on a 1-2-1 basis.

Ex- Professional Dancer Welly, toured the world with pop artists such as Kylie Minogue, Take that,Chaka Khan for over 10years before moving into coaching and teaching. She also worked on Tv shows such as X factor, The Voice UK, and performed for HRH The Queen Of England at different occasions. With her dance background, and STOTT Pilates training Welly is passionate about strength and movement. Her classes are dynamic, challenging, upbeat and FUN… Expect some serious core burn

Jordan has 5 years experience as a yoga teacher, with a background in psychology, her approach to health is as much about spiritual and mental wellness as it is about physical fitness. Jordan doesn’t believe in extremes and takes a balanced approach to life, there is no one size fits all, if it feels good, keep doing it, if you hate it, then move on. This is reflective in her classes, her style is explorative, encouraging you to move intuitively, listen to your body and discover what you are capable of.

Sana has a contagious energy, with a positive approach to health and fitness. She is an experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach, Pre/Post Natal qualified Trainer based in Central London.

Having suffered a serious spinal injury in the past, she is passionate about helping and educating clients on the importance of mobility, smart training, form and recovery. Whilst studying for her Psychology degree, Jen travelled to California to complete her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and instantly fell in love with teaching. Having seen how yoga can have such a massive impact on her own mental and physical health, Jen is keen to share those benefits to help others on their own journeys. With a lot of experience in teaching 1-to-1’s, she has taught people of all different levels, from complete beginners to advanced. Jen’s style of teaching is creative and explorative, as she believes in leaving your ego at the door and having fun whilst you flow
